The certification is expected to help employers and industries that need workers who are skilled in a shorter period in addition to increasing the number of national skilled workers needed for the country to become a high income country.
Trainees who have undergone training, assessment, and successfully passed each CU for the modular program concerned can be awarded a Statement of Achievement certificate. However, for the purpose of full certification, it must meet the certification requirements which have been set by JPK as stated in the Implementation Guide and Accreditation Requirements of Accredited Centers under the Skills Certification System Malaysia is based on the current National Employment Skills Standard take effect.
